{"id":1993,"date":"2016-12-16T18:54:24","date_gmt":"2016-12-16T18:54:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projectmarta.com\/opere\/capital-2\/"},"modified":"2026-08-05T00:19:12","modified_gmt":"2026-08-05T00:19:12","slug":"capital","status":"publish","type":"opera","link":"https:\/\/projectmarta.com\/en\/opere\/capital\/","title":{"rendered":"Capital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Capital<\/em>\u00a0is a sculpture made of medium density, material composed of medium-density wood fiber panels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The sculpture is formed by eight elements assembled together, with the two ending ones with a semi-cylindrical shape, while others have a parallelepiped shape. Each element is made of a structure in plywood lined with medium density panels. The upper and the lower margins of each element have moldings. The visible surface is smooth and homogeneous, in a beige-ocher color. At the center there are only the two elements of semi-cylindrical shape. Grenville Davey mainly uses materials already tested, or that garantuee a duration in time.
